The JC100 disposable transfer sheet is a full body length transfer sheet. It is produced in a strong water repellent non woven PP (spunbound) to provide a cost effective solution for patient transfers.
The JC100 transfer sheet features five ergonomic handles cut into each side to facilitate a firm positive grip and also remove tissue viability issues that can sometimes occur with bulky protruding handles.
The JC100 transfer sheet is ideal for fast moving patient areas such as theatres and A & E.
Recommended usages include patient turning, repositioning and lateral transfers. During use the patient should be centred on the sheet and side handles utilised to evenly spread the load.
Including the JC100 within an infection control strategy may assist in combating MRSA and other infectious bacteria, helping to create a more hygienic and safer environment for patients.
Whilst the JC100 is designed to be disposed of after use, the superior construction allows this product to be fully recycled, reducing the impact of waste on hospitals.
