We collect your delivery name and address which we pass on to our courier so that they can deliver your order. The third-party delivery companies we use such as Royal Mail and DPD all have their own data security procedures and policies in place to protect your data and these can be viewed separately on their websites. Your data is stored on our website which is protected by a secure server and regularly checked for PCI Compliance, until such time as you request that we remove it or after a period of 6 years when we will remove it automatically. We require that any request for the removal of your data is made by email. Access to our site is strictly limited to those members of staff who print off your order or deal with the financial accounts. Your orders are packed by members of staff who understand the importance of correctly handling personal information.

We collect your billing name and address so we can verify payments and check for fraud. We use Worldpay and PayPal to collect your payments, again both these companies have their own websites where you can view their policies. Both companies have secure payment terminals that are PCI compliant. Telephone orders require us to ask for your card details, your order is processed over a secure terminal and we do not keep any card information once the card has been processed.

We collect your email address to send you your order and delivery confirmation. An email will always be our first point of contact. We do not send out unsolicited advertising and we do not share your email address with any third party for their own mailing or marketing purposes. We do not sell your information to third parties.

We collect telephone numbers so we can call you if there are any urgent issues with your order or follow up enquiries. For those who claim VAT relief via our form, we collect your name and note your medical condition, to meet our VAT responsibilities.
