We will replace any item that is damaged or faulty on delivery, as long as we are made aware of the issues within seven days of delivery.
If you have ordered the wrong item or size in error, then you can return the item to be exchanged for an alternative if the item is unopened and in a resalable condition. If the item is returned to us in any condition other than unopened, and unused a refund cannot be given.
Any items returned for reasons other than faults must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a refund for items that have been used. We do not offer our products on a ‘home trial’ basis so please ensure, before ordering that you are ordering the correct size (opened and used items will not be accepted for return).
We are happy to refund unused and unwanted items if they are not suitable for your needs, or you have changed your mind however we do not refund original postage costs.
RETURNS POSTAGE IS AT THE BUYERS COST we do not offer free returns postage.
