DELIVERY POLICY

Once your order has been received we aim to deliver the order within 3-5 working days.

The customer will be advised of any item which is unavailable at the time of purchase and will be given the expected delivery date and offered a suitable alternative if appropriate.

Goods will not be dispatched for delivery until full and final payment has cleared with us, unless prior arrangements have been made, or a contract sales account is in place. 

Terms of contract sales accounts are payment within 30 Days from the date of a VAT invoice being issued.

The Buyer shall make all necessary arrangements to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

The Goods shall be at the Buyer’s risk as from delivery.

The Buyer will be liable for the costs of delivery as follows:-

Delivery within the United Kingdom Mainland will incur a charge of

£3.OO FOR STANDARD 3-5 DAY DELIVERY – Tracked delivery service.

£5.25 FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY – To use 24 hour delivery service orders must be placed before 2.30pm

International customers

We delivery to the following mainland Europe countries:

Europe Zone 1 - £15.00
Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxemburg, Monaco, Netherlands,  

Europe Zone 2 - £18.50
Austria, Denmark, Switzerland

Europe Zone 3 - £21.50
Slovakia, Spain

Orders placed after 2.00pm will be shipped the next day.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At Coastal Linen Supplies we aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction, and we will replace any item that is damaged or faulty on delivery and pay all postage costs.

If you decide that you no longer want an item which we have delivered then, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase) within 7 days of delivery, we will exchange it or offer a refund less postage costs.

  • If you have ordered the wrong item or size in error then you can return the item to be exchanged for an alternative provided that the item is unopened and in a re-saleable condition, if the item is returned to us in any condition other than unopened, a refund cannot be given, as we would not be able to resell this item to any other customer. If you have ordered the wrong size then we cannot refund the return postage costs and the replacement items postage is chargeable
  • For hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund for items that have been used unless the items are faulty.
  • We do not and cannot offer our products on a 'home trial' basis so please ensure, before ordering that you are ordering the correct size to fit your bed (opened items will not be accepted for return unless faulty). If the wrong size was ordered but the item remains unopened then we will be happy to refund the amount paid less our postage costs.
  • All returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Any items returned for reasons other than faults must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
